How we work
We keep the process light so the work can be heavy. Short meetings, written thinking, and a habit of putting things in front of real users fast. We would rather ship a rough thing on Tuesday and learn from it than polish a guess for a month.
We are in person in San Francisco a few days a week — because voice problems are easier to solve when you can turn to the person next to you and listen to the same call. We hire senior people and get out of their way.
